Do the paper test on every side
Close the door on a sheet of paper and pull. If it slides out freely anywhere along the run, the seal is not gripping there. Corners first — they go before the straight sections.

Look at the seal itself
Hardening, tearing, or a section that has taken a permanent set from being pushed against something.

Decide between seal and alignment
A perfect seal on a door hanging slightly wrong will still leak, and replacing it will not help. That is why alignment is checked at the same visit.

What a bad seal actually costs
Not the price of the seal. It costs run time, which costs compressor life; it costs stable temperature, which is the whole point of a wine cabinet; and it costs ice in places the appliance is not designed to have any. It is the least glamorous line on this page and the one with the best return.

Can I just replace the seal myself?
On some cabinets yes, on integrated columns usually not, because the seal, the door panel and the alignment are one system and getting one right can put the others wrong. The paper test is worth doing yourself either way — it tells you whether it is worth anybody’s time.
There is condensation inside my wine cabinet door.
In a Miami summer some of that is the room: warm humid air against cold glass will fog. What is not normal is water pooling, condensation that stays all day, or a seal that fails the paper test. Check the seal first, because it is the cheapest thing on the appliance.
