### Multi-zone is a diagnostic advantage

A cabinet with two or three independently controlled zones tells you where the problem is by which zone misbehaves. One zone off points at that zone’s sensor, damper or fan. Every zone off together points at the shared refrigeration. That is a distinction worth making before anybody quotes you.

### What temperature should it be at?

It depends what the zone is for, which is why the cabinet has more than one. A zone set for serving whites is warmer than a zone set for long storage, and it is not broken for being so. Check the set points before assuming a problem.

Some of that is Miami rather than the cabinet — warm humid air against cold glass. Water pooling, fog that stays all day, or a seal that fails a paper test are the versions worth a visit.
